How it works
Custody: your own wallet holds every share, with no wrapper token and no pooled fund. Management is a permission you grant at deposit and can revoke instantly; every move it makes is a public transaction, price-checked on-chain.
Fee basis: your own cost, per wallet, on-chain — the 10% applies only above it, never to principal, never twice on the same gain.
Venue spread: priced into every quote you approve — paid to the market, not to Aibora.
Every buy, the whole basket: the $20 minimum is set so the smallest weight is still worth buying, so every holder owns all 8 names at the published weights whatever they put in; $100+ keeps trading costs a small share.
Rebalancing: actively managed — Vera sets the weights every six hours, within 0.7x to 1.3x of the published ones.
How this basket is built
The seven companies that dominate US market returns, held directly, with a Nasdaq-100 tracker as ballast. Nothing clever: the bet is simply that scale, cash flow, and AI spending stay concentrated where they already are. Built to trade as little as possible.
Selection. The seven largest US technology platforms, each held directly, plus the Nasdaq-100 tracker as the largest single position.
Weighting. Near-equal across the seven; the index anchor sized above them so no single company decides the basket.
Rebalancing. Actively managed. Vera sets each window's target weights herself, every six hours, and may scale any name between 0.7x and 1.3x its published weight on momentum, volatility and company news. She cannot add a name, cannot drop one, and cannot move the basket to cash. Weights outside that band are impossible, not merely discouraged: they are clamped in code before any trade is planned, and if her judgment is unavailable the published weights stand.
